1. What Candle Trials is
Candle Trials is an educational game. All money in the App is virtual. The App does not connect to any brokerage, does not execute real trades, and does not provide personalised investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Results inside the App say nothing about real-market returns. Do not make real investment decisions based on the App.
2. Market data
Charts are built from historical daily prices for educational purposes. Data may be delayed, adjusted, incomplete or inaccurate, and is provided "as is". Historical prices are not indicative of future results.
3. Accounts
You may use the App without an account. If you create one, keep your password confidential and do not share the account. Choose a username that is not offensive and does not impersonate others; we may rename or remove accounts that break this rule. You can delete your account at any time.
4. Subscriptions
Candle Trials Unlimited is an auto-renewable subscription sold through the Apple App Store. The price and renewal period are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
5. Fair play
Do not tamper with the App, its data or its servers, automate play, or attempt to manipulate contest rankings. We may remove results or accounts that do.
6. Intellectual property
The App, its design, text and level content belong to Guangzhou Bailun Technology Co., Ltd. or its licensors. Charts are rendered with TradingView Lightweight Charts™.
7. No warranty; limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, including financial loss, arising from use of the App or reliance on anything in it.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the App and these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. We may suspend or end the service, in which case active subscriptions are handled by Apple.
