Delete your account

Deletion is immediate and permanent.

In the App

  1. Open Candle Trials and go to Me.
  2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

This permanently deletes your account, cloud progress and contest results from our servers. Progress stored only on your device is not affected; you can clear it with "Reset all progress".

By email

If you can no longer open the App, email support@guangzhoubailun.com from any address with your username. We will verify the request and delete the account within 7 days.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription; cancel it in your Apple ID settings.
